Our stay was wonderful, and we felt we got great value for our money. The location was perfect, right by the canal, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our ski luggage.
The breakfast room was too warm during our meal.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Japanese and Western options. While the room felt dated, its clean charm and accessibility supported our family's needs wonderfully.

We stayed for three nights for a family vacation and were delighted with our experience. The hotel is easy to find and boasts stunning views of the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and umbrellas. Our room had thoughtful Japanese amenities, and we loved the automated toilet and humidifier. It was quiet, clean, and maintained a comfortable temperature.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

My experience, however, wasn't entirely positive. The initial room placement was different from what I expected, and it felt deceiving as it didn't match the images on the hotel website. I had an issue with my room card, which, although resolved, added unnecessary stress to my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay near the Otaru Canal. The views from my room were fantastic, showcasing both the canal and the sea. The unique touch of having a heated bidet and a separate vanity area. Just a short walk from the hotel, I found charming shops offering delicious local snacks, enhancing my exploration of the area.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located right across from the stunning canal, and that view from the balcony was just amazing. It's super convenient to walk to tourist spots and the JR station. I also loved the cozy touches like free coffee in the lobby and nice pajamas to wear. Plus, the staff were accommodating, helping us stash our ski gear until check-in!
On the downside, the room was a bit cramped for four people, which made it tricky to manage our luggage. The lobby had a smoking area, and that was a little off-putting with the lingering smoke smell. the A/C struggled to keep the room cool. just a few minor quirks in an otherwise lovely stay!
